Chain Reaction conducts a number of a number of leadership trainings throughout the year. Our graduates learn to:

  • Planning ahead and making choices
  • Standing up for their beliefs and acting on convictions
  • Cultivating a positive view for their future
  • Interacting with community members and leaders to solve a problem
  • Managing conflict

How Can I be a leader with Chain Reaction?

  • Be a voting member on a non profit Board of Director such as the Pensacola Opera, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Council on Aging, Pensacola’s Promise and more
  • Be a team leader at the Fricker Center, the Supervisor of Elections, the Zoo, Junior Achievement Bowl a thon, and more
  • Serve on the Chain Reaction Council and help run the teen volunteer center
  • Recruit other teens to join Chain Reaction
