How do I become a Chain Reaction member?

1. Fill out an application
2. Attend a Chain Reaction meeting
3. Check you e-mail once a week for volunteer opportunities
4. VOLUNTEER!

• Fill out an application with a parent’s/guardian’s signature (must be turned in before you volunteer). Print Application >>>
• Attend a meeting and turn in application along with a one time registration fee of $15 (you can mail in the application but we highly recommend you attend a meeting…we have free pizza from papa john’s). Learn More >>>
• Sign-up for a volunteer event that you’re interested in by email or by phone
• Show up to volunteer
• Turn in your hours so that we can keep track of them for you volunteer hour Tracking Form >>>

*If you have volunteer hours prior to joining Chain Reaction, turn them in with your Chain Reaction application or within a month of joining.
